มาตรา 11
- ในกรณีที่มีข้อสงสัย ท่านให้ตีความไปในทางที่เป็นคุณแก่คู่กรณีฝ่ายซึ่งจะเป็นผู้ต้องเสียในมูลหนี้นั้น
