มาตรา 59

• ถ้าผู้ไม่อยู่ได้ตั้งแต่งตัวแทนผู้รับมอบอำนาจฉะเพาะการอันใดไว้ ผู้จัดการหาอาจจะสอบเข้าไปเกี่ยวข้องกับการที่เป็นอำนาจเฉพาะการเช่นนั้นได้ไม่ แต่ถ้ามาพิจารณาเห็นปรากฏว่าการที่ตัวแทนจัดทำอยู่นั้นเกลือกจะเสียหายแก่ผู้ไม่อยู่ไซร้ ก็อาจจะร้องขอให้ศาลถอดถอนตัวแทนนั้นเสียได้

• If the absent person has appointed an agent with special authority, the manager cannot interfere with such special agency, but he can apply to the Court for an order removing the agent if it appears that his management is likely to cause injury to the absent person.
