มาตรา 279
- เมื่อมีบุริมสิทธิพิเศษ แย้งกันหลายรายเหนืออสังหาริมทรัพย์อันหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน ท่านให้ถือลำดับก่อนหลังดังที่ได้เรียงลำดับไว้ในมาตรา ๒๗๓
- ถ้าได้ซื้อขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้นสืบต่อกันไปอีกไซร้ ลำดับก่อนหลังในระหว่างผู้ขายด้วยกันนั้น ท่านให้เป็นไปตามลำดับที่ได้ซื้อขายก่อนและหลัง

- [I] When special preferential rights in the same immovable conflict, the rank of their precedence is according to the order in Section 272.
- [II] In successive sales have been made of the same immovable, the rank of precedence of the seller as between themselves is according to the priority of the sales.

The most plausible model for this section would be;
- Japanese Civil Code (1896/98), Art.331;
- [I] In case special preferential rights in the same immovables conflict, the ranks of such preferential rights are determined in the order mentioned in Art. 325.
- [II] When there have been successive sales and purchases with regard to the same immovable the ranks of preferential rights among the sellers are determined according to the priority in time.
