- สัญญาซึ่งเป็นโมฆะเพราะวัตถุวิบัตินั้น แม่เหตุซึ่งทำให้วิบัติสุดสิ้นลงภายหลังที่ได้ทำสัญญา ก็ไม่กลับเป็นสัญญาอันสมบูรณ์ขึ้นได้
