มาตรา 471
- เมื่อขายทอดตลาดได้เงินเปนจำนวนสุทธิเท่าใด ให้ผู้ขายหักเอาราคาและอุปกรณ์ที่ค้างชำระแก่ตนจากเงินนั้น แล้วส่งมอบเงินที่เหลือให้แก่ผู้ซื้อโดยพลัน

- The seller shall deduct from the nett proceeds of the public auction the price and accessories due to himself and deliver forthwith the surplus to the buyer.
