มาตรา 519

• บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในลักษณซื้อขายนั้น ท่านให้ใช้ถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนด้วย โดยให้ถือว่าผู้เปนคู่สัญญาแลกเปลี่ยนเปนผู้ขาย ในส่วนทรัพย์สินซึ่งตนได้ส่งมอบ และเปนผู้ซื้อในส่วนทรัพย์สินซึ่งตนได้รับในการแลกเปลี่ยนนั้น

• The provisions of Title I concerning Sale apply to exchange, each party to a contract of exchange being considered as a seller with regard to the property delivered in exchange, and as a buyer with regard to the property received in exchange.
