มาตรา 527
- ถ้าตกลงกันว่าทรัพย์สินที่ให้จะพึงส่งมอบเปนงวดๆ ท่านว่าผู้ให้จะเลิกการให้ทรัพย์สินเสียแต่งวดใดๆ ข้างน่าก็ทำได้ โดยวิธีการอันเดียวกันกับเมื่อให้
- อนึ่งถ้าผู้ให้ตาย การให้ในงวดข้างน่าก็ย่อมเปนอันระงับสิ้นไป

- [I] If it is agreed that the delivery of the property given shall be made by instalments, the donor can at any time determine the gift only as to future instalment in the same manner as it is made.
- [II] Such gift is also extinguished as to any further instalment on the death of the donor.
