มาตรา 547

• ผู้เช่าต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายไปโดยความจำเปนและสมควรเพื่อรักษาทรัพย์สินซึ่งเช่านั้นเท่าใด ผู้ให้เช่าจำต้องชดใช้ให้แก่ผู้เช่า เว้นแต่ค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อบำรุงรักษาตามปกติและเพื่อซ่อมแซมเพียงเล็กน้อย

• The letter is bound to reimburse to the hirer any necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by him for the preservation of the property hired, except expenses for ordinary maintenance and petty repairs.
