มาตรา 565
- การเช่าถือสวนนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเช่ากันปีหนึ่ง
- การเช่านาก็ให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเช่ากันตลอดฤดูทำนาปีหนึ่ง

- [II] A hire of paddy land is presumed to be made for the agricultural year.
