มาตรา 608
- อันว่าผู้ขนส่งภายในความหมายแห่งกฎหมายลักษณนี้ คือ บุคคลผู้รับขนส่งของฤๅคนโดยสารเพื่อบำเหน็จเปนทางค้าปรกติของตน

- A carrier within the meaning of this Title is a person who in the usual course of his business undertakes to transport goods or passengers for remuneration.
