มาตรา 632
- เมื่อเอาของออกขายทอดตลาดแล้ว ได้เงินจำนวนสุทธิเท่าใด ให้ผู้ขนส่งหักไว้เปนเงินค่ารวางพาหนะและค่าอุปกรณ์ ถ้าและยังมีเงินเหลืออยู่อีกเท่าใด ต้องส่งมอบให้แก่บุคคลผู้ควรที่จะได้เงินนั้นโดยพลัน

- The carrier shall deduct from the nett proceeds of the public auction the freight and accessories and must forthwith deliver the surplus to the person entitled to it.
