มาตรา 829
- เมื่อสัญญาตัวแทนระงับสิ้นไปเพราะตัวแทนตาย ท่านว่าทายาทของตัวแทนต้องบอกกล่าวแก่ตัวการ และจัดการอันสมควรทุกอย่างเพื่อปกปักรักษาประโยชน์อันเขาได้มอบหมายแก่ตนไป จนกว่าตัวการจะอาจเข้าปกปักรักษาประโยชน์นั้น ๆ ได้

- When agency is extinguished by the death of the agent, the heirs of the agent must notify the principal and take all reasonable steps to protect the interests entrusted to the agent until the principal can protect such interests.
