มาตรา 886
- อันกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยในการรับขนนั้น นอกจากที่ได้ระบุไว้แล้วในมาตรา ๘๖๗ ต้องมีรายการเพิ่มขึ้นอีกดั่งจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ คือ
- (๑) ระบุทางและวิธีขนส่ง
- (๒) ชื่อฤๅญี่ห้อของผู้ขนส่ง
- (๓) สถานที่ซึ่งกำหนดให้รับและส่งมอบของ
- (๔) กำหนดระยะเวลาขนส่งตามแต่มี
Section 886. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- The policy of insurance on carriage must contain in addition to the particulars specified in Section 867 :
- (1) The specification of the route and manner of the carriage;
- (2) The name or trade name of the carrier;
- (3) The place where the goods are to be received and delivered;
- (4) The period fixed for the carriage, if any.
