มาตรา 912
- อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้นจะออกสั่งให้ใช้เงินตามคำสั่งของผู้สั่งจ่ายก็ได้
- อนึ่ง จะสั่งจ่ายเอาจากตัวผู้สั่งจ่ายเอง ฤๅสั่งจ่ายเพื่อบุคคลภายนอกก็ได้

- [I] A bill of exchange may be drawn payable to the drawer's order.
- [II] It may be drawn on the drawer himself or on account of a third person.
