มาตรา 945
- ใช้เงินจะเรียกเอาได้ต่อเมื่อได้เวนตั๋วแลกเงินให้ ผู้ใช้เงินจะให้ผู้ทรงลงลายมือชื่อรับเงินในตั๋วเงินนั้นก็ได้
Section 945. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- Payment may be obtained only on surrender of the bill of exchange. The payer may require the holder to sign a receipt on the bill.
