มาตรา 946
- อันตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ถ้าเขาจะใช้เงินให้แต่เพียงบางส่วน ท่านว่าผู้ทรงจะบอกปัดเสียไม่ยอมรับเอาก็ได้
- ถ้าและรับเอาเงินที่เขาใช้แต่เพียงบางส่วน ผู้ทรงต้องบันทึกข้อความนั้นลงไว้ในตั๋วเงิน และส่งมอบใบรับให้แก่ผู้ใช้เงิน

- [I] The holder of a bill of exchange may refuse part payment.
- [II] If he accepts part payment, he must note it on the bill and deliver a receipt to the payer.
