- บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในหมวด ๒ ว่าด้วยตั๋วแลกเงินนั้น ท่านให้ยกมาบังคับคดีตั๋วสัญญาใช้เงินด้วย เพียงที่ไม่ขัดกับสภาพแห่งตราสารชนิดนี้

- The provisions of Chapter II concerning Bills of Exchange apply to Promissory Notes in so far as they are not inconsistent with the nature of this instrument.
