มาตรา 1024

• ในระวางผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนด้วยกันก็ดี ฤๅในระวางผู้ถือหุ้นด้วยกันก็ดี ในระวางผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนกับห้างหุ้นส่วนก็ดี ในระวางผู้ถือหุ้นกับบริษัทก็ดี ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่า บันดาสมุดบาญชีเอกสารของห้างหุ้นส่วนฤๅบริษัท ฤๅของผู้ชำระบาญชีห้างหุ้นส่วน ฤๅบริษัทใด ๆ นั้น ย่อมเปนพยานหลักฐานอันถูกต้องตามข้อความที่ได้บันทึกไว้ในนั้นทุกประการ

• As between the partners or shareholders, the partners and the partnership, the shareholders and the company, all books, accounts and documents of any partnership or company or of the liquidators of any partnership or company are presumed to be correct evidence of all matters therein recorded.
