มาตรา 1113

• ผู้เริ่มก่อการบริษัทต้องรับผิดร่วมกัน และโดยไม่จำกัดในบันดาหนี้และการจ่ายเงิน ซึ่งที่ประชุมตั้งบริษัทมิได้อนุมัติ และแม้จะได้มีอนุมัติก็ยังคงต้องรับผิดอยู่เช่นนั้นไปจนกว่าจะได้จดทะเบียนบริษัท

• The promoters of the company are jointly and unlimitedly liable for all obligations and disbursements not approved by the statutory meeting; even if approved they remain so liable until the registration of the company.
