- บันดาเงินค่าหุ้นซึ่งยังจะต้องส่งอีกนั้น กรรมการจะเรียกให้ผู้ถือหุ้นส่งใช้เมื่อใดก็ได้ เว้นแต่ที่ประชุมใหญ่จะได้วินิจฉัยเปนอย่างอื่น
Section 1120. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- Unless otherwise decided by a general meeting, the directors may make calls upon the shareholders in respect of all money being due on their shares.
