มาตรา 1148
- บันดาบริษัทจำกัด ต้องมีสำนักงารบอกทะเบียนไว้แห่งหนึ่ง ซึ่งธุรการติดต่อและคำบอกกล่าวทั้งปวงจะส่งถึงบริษัทได้ ณ ที่นั้น
