มาตรา 1175

• คำบอกกล่าวเรียกประชุมใหญ่ทุกคราวนั้น ให้ลงพิมพ์โฆษณาอย่างน้อยสองคราวในหนังสือพิมพ์แห่งท้องที่ฉบับหนึ่งก่อนวันนัดประชุมไม่น้อยกว่าเจ็ดวัน ฤๅส่งทางไปรษณีย์ไปยังผู้ถือหุ้นทุกคนบันดามีชื่อในทะเบียนของบริษัทก่อนวันนัดประชุมไม่น้อยกว่าเจ็ดวัน
• ในคำบอกกล่าวนั้น ให้ระบุสถานที่ วันเวลา และสภาพแห่งกิจการที่จะได้ประชุมปรึกษากันนั้นด้วย

• [I] Notice of the summoning of every general meeting shall either be published at least twice in a local paper, not later than seven days before the date fixed for the meeting, or shall be sent by post not later than seven days before the date fixed for the meeting to every shareholder whose name appears in the register of shareholders.
• [II] The notice shall specify the place, the day and the hour of meeting and the nature of the business to be transacted.
