มาตรา 1189

• อันหนังสือตั้งผู้รับฉันทะนั้น ถ้าผู้มีชื่อรับฉันทะประสงค์จะออกเสียงในการประชุมครั้งใด ต้องนำไปวางต่อผู้เปนประธานแต่เมื่อเริ่ม ฤๅก่อนเริ่มประชุมครั้งนั้น

• The instrument appointing a proxy must be deposited with the chairman at or before the beginning of the meeting at which the proxy named in such instrument proposed to vote.
