มาตรา 1200

• การแจกเงินปันผล ฤๅดอกเบี้ยนั้น ต้องคิดตามส่วนจำนวน ซึ่งผู้ถือหุ้นได้ส่งเงินแล้วในหุ้นหนึ่ง ๆ เว้นแต่จะได้ตกลงกันไว้เปนอย่างอื่นในเรื่องหุ้นบุริมะสิทธิ
