มาตรา 1209
- ผู้สอบบาญชีนั้น ให้ที่ประชุมสามัญเลือกตั้งใหม่ทุกปี
- ผู้สอบบาญชีคนซึ่งออกไปนั้นจะเลือกกลับเข้ารับตำแหน่งอีกก็ได้

- [I] The auditors shall be elected every year by the ordinary meeting.
- [II] A retiring auditor is re-eligible.
