มาตรา 1225
- อันทุนของบริษัทนั้นจะลดลงไปให้ถึงต่ำกว่าจำนวนหนึ่งในสี่ของทุนทั้งหมดหาได้ไม่

- The capital of the company may not be reduced to less than one-fourth of its total amount.
