มาตรา 1244
- อันหนังสือบอกกล่าวซึ่งบริษัทจะพึงส่งถึงผู้ถือหุ้นนั้น ถ้าว่าได้ส่งมอบให้แล้วถึงตัวก็ดี ฤๅส่งไปโดยทางไปรษณีย์สลักหลังถึงสำนักอาศัยของผู้ถือหุ้นดังที่ปรากฏในทะเบียนของบริษัทแล้วก็ดี ท่านให้ถือว่าเปนอันได้ส่งชอบแล้ว

- A notice is deemed to be duly served by the company to a shareholder if it is delivered personally or sent by post to such shareholder at the address appearing in the register of shareholders.
