- ความเกี่ยวพันในระหว่างสมาคมกับบุคคลซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายเปนผู้จัดการก็ดี กับบุคคลภายนอกก็ดี ท่านให้บังคับตามบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ว่าด้วยตัวแทน

- The relations between an association, the person or persons entrusted with its management, and third persons, are governed by the provisions of this Code concerning Agency.
