มาตรา 1290
- นอกจากจะได้มีข้อบังคับบัญญัติไว้เปนอย่างอื่นแล้ว ท่านว่าความรับผิดของสมาชิกในสมาคมแต่ละคนจำกัดเพียงจำนวนเงินค่าบำรุงที่สมาชิกนั้นค้างชำระอยู่
