- สามีจะถอนคืน หรือจำกัดข้ออนุญาตอันตนได้ให้ไว้นั้นก็ได้ แต่การถอนคืนหรือจำกัดเช่นว่านี้หาอาจจะยกขึ้นเป็นข้อต่อสู้บุคคลผู้ทำการโดยสุจริตไม่
