มาตรา 78
- ข้อจำกัดหรือแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงอำนาจของผู้จัดการทั้งหลายในการเป็นผู้แทนนีติบุคคลนั้นอย่างใดๆ ก็ดี ท่านว่าหาอาจจะยกขึ้นเป็นข้อต่อสู้บุคคลภายนอกผู้ทำโดยสุจริตได้ไม่
