มาตรา 266
- ผู้ให้เช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือเจ้าสำนักโรงแรม โฮเต็ล หรือสถานที่เช่นนั้น จะใช้บุริมสิทธิของตนบังคับทำนองเดียวกับผู้รับจำนำก็ได้ บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ว่าด้วยการบังคับจำนำนั้น ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับด้วยโดยอนุโลม
Section 266. (Draft in English from Vol.79)
- The letter of an immovable property or the proprietor of an inn, hotel or other such place may enforce his preferential right in the same manner as a pledgee. The provisions of this Code concerning Enforcement of Pledge apply mutatis mutandis.
