มาตรา 300

• ในระหว่างเจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันนั้น ท่านว่าต่างคนชอบที่จะได้รับชำระหนี้เป็นส่วนเท่าๆ กัน เว้นแต่จะได้กำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
