- ถ้าในสัญญาไม่มีกำหนดเงื่อนเวลาให้ใช้ราคาไซร้ ผู้ขายชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงทรัพย์สินที่ขายไว้ได้จนกว่าจะใช้ราคา
Section 468. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- When there is no time clause for payment of the price, the seller is entitled to retain the property sold until the price is paid.
