- แม้ว่าใบตราส่งจะได้ออกให้แก่บุคคลผู้ใดโดยนามก็ตาม ท่านว่าย่อมสลักหลังโอนให้กันได้ เว้นแต่จะมีข้อห้ามการสลักหลังไว้
