มาตรา 755
- ถ้าจำนำสิทธิ ท่านห้ามมิให้ทำสิทธินั้นให้สิ้นไป ฤๅแก้ไขสิทธินั้นให้เสียหายแก่ผู้รับจำนำ โดยผู้รับจำนำมิได้ยินยอมด้วย

- If a right is pledged, it cannot be extinguished or modified to the injury of the pledgee without the consent of the pledgee.
