- บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้อันว่าด้วยตัวแทนนั้น ท่านให้ใช้บังคับถึงตัวแทนค้าต่างด้วย เพียงที่ไม่ขัดกับบทบัญญัติในหมวดนี้
