มาตรา 1199
- บุคคลใดปรารถนาจะได้สำเนางบดุลฉบับหลังที่สุดจากบริษัทใด ๆ ก็ชอบที่จะซื้อเอาได้ โดยราคาไม่เกินกว่าฉบับละห้าสิบสตางค์
- ให้เปนน่าที่ี่ของกรรมการที่จะส่งสำเนางบดุลทุกฉบับไปยังนายทะเบียนไม่ช้ากว่าเดือนหนึ่งนับแต่วันซึ่งงบดุลนั้นได้รับอนุมัติในที่ประชุมใหญ่

- [I] Any person is entitled to obtain from any company a copy of its latest balance-sheet on payment of a sum not exceeding fifty satang.
- [II] It shall be the duty of the directors to send to the Registrar a copy of every balance-sheet not later than one month after it has been adopted by the general meeting.
