มาตรา 1209
- ผู้สอบบาญชีนั้น ให้ที่ประชุมสามัญเลือกตั้งใหม่ทุกปี
- ผู้สอบบาญชีคนซึ่งออกไปนั้นจะเลือกกลับเข้ารับตำแหน่งอีกก็ได้
