มาตรา 494
- ท่านห้ามมิให้ใช้สิทธิไถ่ทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายฝากเมื่อพ้นเวลาดั่งจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้
- (๑) ถ้าเป็นอสังหาริมทรัพย์ กำหนดสิบปีนับแต่เวลาซื้อขาย
- (๒) ถ้าเป็นสังหาริมทรัพย์ กำหนดสามปีนับแต่เวลาซื้อขาย
Section 494. (Draft in English from Vol.93)
- The right of redemption cannot be exercised later than:
- (1) Ten years after the time of the sale in case of immovable property.
- (2) Three years after the time of the sale in case of movable property.
