มาตรา 640
- อันว่ายืมใช้คงรูปนั้น คือสัญญาซึ่งบุคคลหนึ่ง เรียกว่าผู้ให้ยืม ให้บุคคลอีกคนหนึ่ง เรียกว่าผู้ยืม ใช้สอยทรัพย์สินสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งได้เปล่า และผู้ยืมตกลงว่าจะคืนทรัพย์สินนั้น เมื่อได้ใช้สอยเสร็จแล้ว
