มาตรา 542
- บุคคลหลายคนเรียกเอาสังหาริมทรัพย์อันเดียวกัน อาศัยมูลสัญญาเช่ามูลสัญญาต่างราย ท่านว่าทรัพย์ตกไปอยู่ในครอบครองผู้เช่าคนใดก่อนด้วยสัญญาเช่าทรัพย์นั้น คนนั้นมีสิทธิยิ่งกว่าคนอื่น ๆ
