มาตรา 24

ถ้าในเอกสารมีบทซึ่งแย้งกัน ฤๅเป็นปฏิปักษ์แก่กันตั้งแต่สองบทขึ้นไป และศาลมิอาจทราบเจตนาอันแท้จริงได้ไซร้ ให้ถือเอาความข้อหลังเป็นบทบังคับ
