มาตรา 41
  • ถ้าเป็นพ้นวิสัยที่จะหยั่งรู้วันเกิดของบุคคลผู้ใด ท่านให้นับอายุบุคคลผู้นั้นตั้งแต่วันปลายแห่งปีปฏิทินหลวงซึ่งเป็นปีที่บุคคลผู้นั้นเกิด
