  • ถ้าตกลงกันว่าให้คำสนองมีผลย้อนหลังไซร้ ท่านว่าผลย้อนหลังนั้นไม่กระทบกระทั่งถึงสิทธิซึ่งบุคคลภายนอกได้ไว้โดยสุจริต
