มาตรา 129
  • ถ้าผู้เสนอตายลง ฤๅกลายเป็นผู้ไร้ความสามารถก่อนคำสนองถึงผู้เสนอ ท่านว่าคำเสนอนั้นเป็นอันไม่ผูกพัน
