มาตรา 130
  • ถ้าคำบอกกล่าวถอนคำเสนอไปถึงผู้รับคำเสนอก่อนฤๅพร้อมกับคำเสนอไซร้ ท่านว่าคำเสนอนั้นเป็นอันไม่ผูกพัน
