มาตรา 242

หลักทรัพย์ที่ลูกหนี้ให้ไว้เป็นประกันแก่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเป็นหลักทรัพย์ที่ให้ไว้เป็นประกันแก่เจ้าหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคน
