มาตรา 257
  • เว้นแต่ข้อความที่บังคับไว้ในบทตั้งแต่มาตรา ๒๔๗ จนถึง ๒๕๖ นั้น ท่านว่าข้อความจริงที่เกี่ยวข้องแก่ลูกหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งย่อมไม่กระทบกระทั่งถึงลูกหนี้ร่วมคนอื่น
