มาตรา 342
  • ในคดีดังว่ามาทุกๆ เรื่องให้ศาลวินิจฉัยว่าค่าสินไหมทดแทนที่ตัดสินให้ในคำพิพากษานั้นจะคิดดอกเบี้ยให้ด้วยฤๅไม่ ถ้าและว่าให้ จะให้คิดดอกเบี้ยตั้งแต่วันใด
